Internal walls of the peripheral structures of fire alarm zones are made of silicate. Offices are separated with gypsum partition walls. False ceilings are on wooden beams.
Windows are in PVC profiles, entrance doors are in glass-aluminium profiles, internal doors are door leaves with honeycomb core in MDF constructions.
The building has electrical heating radiators. As part of constructing the new Waldhof Business Building, Fortum’s district heating network was included in the building. Electrical heating radiators will eventually be replaced by a district heating-based radiator system.
Lights based on fluorescent lighting elements are primarily used inside the building. Once the new Waldhof Business Building has been completed, the lighting of its outdoor areas will be automatically regulated and based on LED lighting elements.
The building is equipped with an optical fibre communication cable with 16 optical communication connections.
There is a building plan in the main lobby. Lessees have the option of adding illuminated signs to the building’s facade upon previous agreement with the lessor.
The parking lot in front of the building has video surveillance.
Once the new Waldhof Business Building has been completed, the property will include a spacious 125-space parking lot as well as spaces for bicycles and motorbikes. The side facing Riia mnt has been planned as a high vegetation green area. The side facing Suur-Jõe street is surrounded with a low hedge. The Riga side of the complex’s border is surrounded with a higher hedge.
